How to deal with when the network port connected to the BLC camera cannot communicate and is in a disconnected state?

When the camera port cannot connect to the PC’s network port, the following status is displayed. If this occurs, there are several ways to identify the issue.

1. Check if the printer has turned off the Energy Star function.
2. Using a USB 2.0 to 100 Mbps Ethernet adapter may cause the BLC camera Ethernet port to remain inactive and disconnected. A USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet adapter is required.
3. If the camera Ethernet port LED remains on while the PC Ethernet port LED is off, reseat the PCIE network card and retest. If the issue persists, inspect the PC for potential faults.

4. Please check whether the memory card is properly installed. Reinsert the card and perform the connectivity test again.
Memory Card Installation: Insert the memory card with the labeled side facing up and push until it clicks. Gently pull to confirm it is locked in place.
Caution: Do not pull forcefully to avoid damaging the card slot, the memory card stores communication, license, and firmware files.

5. Connect the network cable directly to the network port on the image acquisition board for testing. If it can be pinged successfully, it indicates that there is a problem with the network cable between the IO board and the image acquisition board.
