Generally, there is no need to adjust the image enhancement or image sharp parameters. Before designing an inspection template, first confirm whether the captured label image meets the required standards. If the initially captured label image has quality issues, the probability of defects (NG) occurring in the subsequently created inspection template will significantly increase.
It is recommended to follow these steps for preliminary checks and adjustments:
1. Cleaning and Calibration
Clean the camera with a dust-free cloth and alcohol.
Calibrate the camera using a calibration card.
2. Image Verification
Print one label and capture its image to observe the image quality.
3. Image Adjustment
If the image is still unsatisfactory, appropriately adjust the contrast ratio and brightness in the camera properties until the image reaches its optimal state.
Note: Only begin designing the inspection template after the image has reached its optimal state.
